Our proposed approach can be completed over four phases, designed to explore current activity and methodologies  delivering recommendations and forward-looking perspectives.

Each of the four phases is outlined below

  • Evaluate the skills and expertise needed to address the identified challenges effectively. This includes determine whether internal resources are sufficient or if external support is required.

Outputs

 

The output of this phase will be the identification of likely pricing problems, solutions, implementation, and associated costs. The output of the Discovery phase will be used in the next phase focused on assessment.

2. Assess

Comprehensive Pricing Assessments
